Questions Drivers Ask

How often do OTR drivers get home?

If you live in the IL area, you can be home weekly for 1-2 days. For drivers from other states, typical schedule is 2-3 weeks on the road, then 3-5 days home.

Do you hire new CDL-A holders?

Yes. New CDL-A drivers go through 7-10 days of paid training ($100/day) with an experienced mentor before their first solo run.

What benefits do you offer?

Health insurance, dental/vision, and PTO. $2,000 sign-on bonus ($1,000 after 6 months + $1,000 after 1 year). $1,000 referral bonus. Plus $0.02/mi safety and $0.02/mi fuel efficiency bonuses on top of your CPM.

Do you pay detention and layover?

Yes. Detention pay is $15/hour after 2 hours at shipping or receiving. Layover pay is $100/day.

Is there touch freight?

No. Drop and hook on most loads. You drive, we handle the rest.

What about truck assignment?

You get your own assigned Cascadia from our 2022-2026 fleet. No slip-seating.

Can I bring a rider or pet?

Riders welcome after 30 days. We allow pets. Ask about our pet policy when you apply.
